That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs against the respondent no.1 who is giving recognition to the private institutes, which run deemed university under university recognition act and has granted recognition to Amity university, where the petitioner has been imparting his education, where he has been tortured by the inmates and due to that reason, he has left the Amity University Campus, Noida (U.P), under depression because no authority of the collage has taken care of the grievances

Patna High Court CWJC No.12084 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 raised by this petitioner on account of which his career has been spoiled and further direct the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/court of law of competent jurisdiction. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
