The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S.Case No.159 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned ACJM-I, Khagaria registered for an offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with this petitioner on 05.05.2002 and out of wed-lock, she gave birth two sons. It is further alleged that this petitioner along others used to abuse and assault the daughter of the informant for dowry. It is further alleged that her grand-son Satyam Raj Mishra alias Prince informed that his father (petitioner) set her on fire by sprinkling kerosene oil and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50568 of 2019(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 thereafter during course of treatment she died. In view of the specific allegation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
