Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 427, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Some unknown person committed murder of Sheo Kumar Singh by causing firearm injury. The informant who is relation of Sheo Kumar Singh suspects that for business dispute the petitioner and other named accused persons might have committed the murder.

Submission of the petitioner is that only material against the petitioner is suspicion. The case diary would also reveal that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,
