The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 30(a),32(2),41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Huge amount of illicit liquor was recovered from two vehicles. Driver of the one of the vehicles was arrested at the spot disclosed that another vehicle was of the petitioner. Submission is that vehicle is not of the petitioner nor petitioner has any concern with the liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of the investigation, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
