The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 95/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has two minor children and the petitioner, his two children and his mother-in-law are living together. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the onion that no useful purpose would be served if the petitioner is sent to jail. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed.
