Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail P.S. Bakhtiyarpur Case No. 92 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with liquor in question. There is no sufficient evident to prove the prosecution case against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.58379 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Rail P.S. Bakhtiyarpur Case No. 92 of 2018.
