The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1364 of 2019), registered under Sections 328/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
