Since both the cases arise out of Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021, they have been heard together and disposed of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62463 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/3 by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

These applications for anticipatory bail arise out of Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 384, 386 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that there is dispute between the parties with regard to land and because of that this FIR has been lodged. The circle rate and the sale deed have been examined and it does not seen that the land has been sold under valuing it.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the fact that the dispute is civil in nature, these applications are also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with
