Since, he has been appointed as a Presiding Officer in the District Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai, with the consent of the parties, Shri Sujeet Kumar Shrivastava, District and Sessions Judge (Retd.) is appointed as learned Arbitrator to adjudicate all the disputes arising out of the agreement entered into the parties to the lis.
