Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be making a proper application before the Authority for consideration of petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment on account of death of her father in harness while working as a Peon. The date of death of the petitioner's father is stated to be 02.12.2020 and at the time of his death, he was working on the post of Anusevak at Sandesh Block Office. With liberty, as prayed for, writ petition is disposed of.
