The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 224 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by the police but the petitioner escaped from the police custody after making protest.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur.
