Petitioner, Most. Tara Kunwar, is in custody since 04.10.2016 in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. 3.

According to prosecution case, 8 pieces each containing 200 M.L. country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Considering the quantity of recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
