The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. RC0232020A0008 registered for the offence under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment there is no apprehension of arrest from the C.B.I. and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to file the same as and when apprehension arises.
Considering the aforesaid submission, this application for anticipatory bail is permitted to be withdrawn.
