Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62590 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering the fact that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner and he is a student of ITI.
