The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.01.2012 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 73(M) of 2007 by which he has allowed an amount of Rs. 4,000/- per month as maintenance to her from the date of filing of the application. The petitioner submits that in view of the salary of the opposite party to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- per month at the time of filing of the application, she should have been getting Rs. 16,000/- per month. Now the salary has been increased to 50,000/-. Considering that there is no dispute with regard to the
