2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 224, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners scuffled with the informant and police forces. They also tried to snatch rifle from the Home Guard and got released accused Chandan Singh from the police custody.
