2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shankarpur PS Case No. 78 of 2024 lodged on 25.04.2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354, 354(B), 302, 504/34 of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against seven accused persons including the petitioners. It is alleged that the accused persons in connivance with each other, assaulted the informant and her family members due to which the son of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed but not against the present petitioners, but during trial, the learned Court below has taken cognizance against the present petitioners also due to which, they are having apprehension of their arrest.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that in this case, final form has been submitted against the petitioners.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) each, as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to the
