Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased appears to have taken place in the year 2012 and according to the prosecution case, she spent her married life at her matrimonial home for near about four years. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
