2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 20B of the NDPS Act.
3. The prosecution case is of recovery of 250 grms. of ganja and Rs.320/- from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51002 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.68/2016.
