2. The appellants are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (v) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
