ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.45017 of 2014. In view of the fact that the petitioner did not receive the communication of the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.45017 of 2014 within time, let the period for surrender fixed in the said order be extended by two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The order dated 16.04.2015 shall stand modified to the above extent.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender in the court below within the aforesaid period, the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.45017 of 2014 shall stand cancelled.
