This is an application for bail in connection with Darbhanga G.R.P.P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that so far as allegation of theft is concerned, that is against other accused persons and the petitioner has not been arrested on the spot but later on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused one Mobile phone has been recovered from him but the same is not the stolen property in this case and the petitioner has remained in custody for three months.

No.468 of 2017 (2) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, Sonu Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Samastipur, in connection with G.R.P.P.S.Case No. 87 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further the petitioner will co-operate in the trial and make himself available before the court on each and every date fixed and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive dates, except showing some genuine ground, and also if the petitioner is indulged in such type of offences in future, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
