2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 459 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from two motorcycles. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He submits that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature.
