Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2016 in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 42, 448, 380, 384, 364 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of land dispute. No occurrence has taken place as alleged in the F.I.R. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidences. The petitioner is rotting in jail for the last seven months.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49368 of 2016 (7) dt.07-03-2017 bail and submitted that there are lots of case in which the petitioner has been made accused.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.
