Petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.412 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) a, and 26 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded country made Katta has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. He is in custody since 23.04.2018 having clean antecedents.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody and his clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
