The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.V. Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the specific allegation levelled against petitioner no. 1 namely, Bidya Sah that he has assaulted the victim by rod, the prayer for anticipatory bail of above named petitioner no. 1 is rejected. Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan in
