2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 821 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One 9 MM loaded pistol with cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in ten cases out of which four cases are of murder. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57517 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
