It has been submitted by the petitioner that other coaccused have already been granted bail. Gone through the relevant orders annexed with the petition wherein there happens to be no reference of the instant order by which prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

Petitioner is the person who took away his wife as well as Sali and since thereafter, they are missing. That being so, prayer for bail is rejected.
