2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing her son because she was in relationship with one Shubham Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. In the trial two witnesses have already been examined. Such mother does not deserve bail. This application is dismissed.
