Petitioners seek bail in connection with Hajipur Towan P.S. Case No. 817 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48839 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession nor they have been put on T.I. Parade. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 12.04.2019 and 13.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21952 of 2019 and 31772 of 2019 respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
