The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.139 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the process under Section 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioners and these petitioners have been declared absconder, the present petitioner is not maintainable.
