The petitioner seeks bail in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019/CIS No. 797 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that minor son of the informant namely, Jai Krishna Kumar was kidnapped by accused persons including petitioner for the purpose of marriage with Rinku Kumari.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that girl herself has given statement, copy of which, has been enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein she has stated that she and son of the informant namely, Jai Krishna Kumar were in love and they have performed marriage.

P.C. wherein he has stated that he has been married with Rinku Kumari, daughter of Rambhu Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Madhepura, in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019/CIS No. 797 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
