The petitioner seeks bail in Bodhgaya P.S. Case No.495 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

48 liters of different brands of liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 18.08.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
