JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. In a case under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners No.1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is brother of the husband of the deceased seek anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even on the basis of the First Information Report, no specific case is made out against these petitioners of any assault or demand of dowry immediately before the death of the deceased. In view of the submissions as above, let petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3075 of 2015 (3) dt.19-05-2015 from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.
