Each of the petitioners has been apprehended on account of being in possession of 11 bottles of Royal Stag wine containing 375 ML each.

Petitioners are under custody since 31.08.2016. Accordingly, petitioners, namely, Monu Kumar @ Anurag and Sagar Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Wasaliganj PS Case No. 207 of 2016.
