The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/353/427/504/506/385 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner has gone to ask for installation of electric supply meter and for that reason they allegedly committed assault and obstruction in the discharge of official duty of the informant. There is allegation of commission of mischief also by damaging the furniture etc. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the

No.52717 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/Successor Court in connection with Ghanshyampur Police Station Case No.141 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
