This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of order dated 17.09.2022 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 583 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Electricity Department/Company by filing an application under Section 152 of the Electricity Act for compounding. If such an application is filed within one month, then the authorities will dispose of the same in accordance with law within four weeks.
