Petitioners are accused in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. was lodged on recovery of dead body of husband of the informant. The suspicion is against other named accused persons. During investigation, mobile of the deceased was recovered from the house of the petitioners. Hence, petitioners are also under suspicion that they have committed murder. Considering the aforesaid weak material against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
