2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60920 of 2021.

3. From the report it transpires that the trial Court has expected to conclude the trial within five months.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for grant of bail and submits that more than 50% prosecution witnesses have been examined.

5. In this view of the matter, the bail application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53014 of 2023(3) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 rejected with liberty to the petitioner to review the prayer after six months if trial is not concluded.
