Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that both the parties are co-villagers and due to land dispute, the occurrence took place. Both the parties received injuries and all the injuries are found simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.08.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53435 of 2016 (5) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016.
