Having regard to the fact that this Court on perusal of the show cause reply filed by the Opposite Parties is fully satisfied that the direction given by this Court in the order dated 30.01.2013 in C.W.J.C No. 1834 of 2013, as with regard to different payments has been carried out in letter and spirit, the only grievance now being raised by learned

Patna High Court MJC No.1767 of 2014 (2) dt.30-06-2015 counsel for the petitioner that the fixation benefit of 6th Pay Revision, has not been given, will definitely not constitute contempt and therefore, if the petitioner has any other grievance as with regard to non payment of the benefits which had allegedly been extended to him including that of 6th Pay Revision recommendation, he may approach the competent authority but then continuance of this contempt application now will be a sheer abuse of the process of Court.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in approaching the authorities for ensuring the fixation of the benefit of 6th Pay Revision which also has been explained by the Opposite Parties in their show cause reply stating that the matter has been processed and also sent to District Accounts Officer, Jehanabad.

That being so, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
