A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.3 enclosing therewith an order passed on 25.02.2013 (Annexure-A). It has been submitted that the order passed by this Court has substantially been complied with.

Counsel for the petitioner on going through the averments made therein has not disputed the aforesaid submission. In view of aforesaid, the present contempt application is dismissed.
