Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26923 of 2021. Vide order dated 16.11.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'X'), which reveals that charge has already been framed on 16.08.2022 and case is pending for prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within one year.
