The petitioner submits that he filed second anticipatory bail petition, but vide order dated 08.07.2015 the petition was dismissed for extension of period of his surrendering. It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 02.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27026 of 2014, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,58,300/- in three equal installments, but the petitioner did not deposit the same, thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition for extension of his surrender in the court below after one year and the same was also rejected vide order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14447 of 2015. The petitioner filed this fresh petition for grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25190 of 2015 (3) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 of anticipatory bail on the ground that he has compromised the case.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner, accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
