Counterfeit currency appertaining to rupees five thousand is alleged to have been paid by the petitioner to the informant on 30.01.2015 which the informant came to know after presentation of the same before the bank for deposit.

However, case has been instituted on 05.02.2015. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.07.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the bail petition. Accordingly, Pradeep Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IInd, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S.
