JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 431 of 2016, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the day on which the order was passed, unfortunately, the counsel for the petitioner was not present and, as such, he could not know about the peremptory order passed by this Court. It is also submitted that in case the application is restored, the petitioner would remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a week.

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, the application is allowed. Let Cr. Revision No. 431 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45505 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 be restored to its original file.
