The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. case No. 202 of 1998, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 784(A) of 2000, registered under Section 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail on 01.10.1999 in pursuance of the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24503 of 1999. The case was committed to the court of Sessions but no summon was served upon the petitioner and the bail bond of petitioner was cancelled on 17.04.2016. The petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2018. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months for misuse of privilege of bail, the petitioner, above
