The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in looted motorcycle but petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused Pappu Rahul and yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48160 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2019.
