JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 497 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A), 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the victim Priti Kumari, sister of the informant was married with co-accused Pintu Yadav in the year, 2004. After marriage the victim was residing in her Sasural house but Sasural people used to torture against her due to non-fulfillment of demand of rupees. The informant also gave birth of two male children and two female children from the aforesaid wedlock. It is also alleged that in the night of 21.12.2014, the Sasural people including the petitioners assaulted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24272 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 the victim by means of Gadasa. The victim sustained injuries and died there. It is also alleged that the Sasural people including the petitioners also thrown the dead body of the deceased Priti Kumari on the railway track.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 497 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
