2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 504, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D), 66(E), 67, 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.
3. According to F.I.R., prior to the marriage of informant, this petitioner was in friendship with informant and during that period, some obscene photos and videos of informant were made by this petitioner. On 27.02.2023, informant was married to one Mukesh Singh and thereafter, this petitioner started threatening informant to meet him otherwise he will upload the aforesaid photos and videos on Facebook and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54455 of 2024(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/3 when informant did not meet this petitioner, he made a fake Facebook ID in the name of Neha Kumari and uploaded the same on the social media.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on 12th and 13th March, 2024 brother-in-law of informant posted on his Facebook that mobile phone of informant was lost and someone has created fake ID. It is further submitted that till today, during investigation, it is not clear that by whom and by which sim number the alleged Facebook ID has been created. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Cyber P. S. Case No. 13 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54455 of 2024(3) dt.07-10-2024 3/3 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
